THE WHITE CHIPS ARE EXACTLY WHERE YOU PLACE THE CHIPS YOU USE AT EACH LOCATION. (YOU COULD SUBSTITUTE A LINE BET FOR 2 SIDE BY SIDE STREETS) YOU MUST BET ALL STREETS XXXXxX. YOU DETERMINE THE VALUE OF THOSE CHIPS. NEVER BET MORE THAN XX STREETS OR LESS THAN XX STREETS.

THERE ARE 3 BARBI SYSTEMS......THIS IS ONE OF THEM.   THE OTHER 2 COULD NOT BE ILLUSTRATED LIKE THIS WITHOUT GIVING OUT THE SYSTEM TO EVERYONE.

 AS YOU WILL SEE WITH SINGLE STREET SYSTEM, THE LESS MONEY YOU RISK THE HIGHER THE RETURN BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY,  THERE IS A HIGHER PERCENTAGE OF RETURN COMPARED TO YOUR RISK (BET)

For one, the odds are finally in your favor and two, it’s actually the most important aspect of this system because you will actually be using a unique money management system.  We know everybody claims to do that but they set up their money management system based on the traditional logic. Many suggest following trends and to trust in repeaters.   While that’s good for the outside bets it’s totally backwards for the inside bets.  Everybody either has quit looking for an inside system or was looking at the inside bets using the same logic and philosophy as the outside.  We did also until after HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF TESTS AND AFTER YEARS & YEARS OF PLAYING we didn’t find an answer so we did the only thing left.  We analyzed the inside from a completely different perspective.   You might say we came in from the back door.  The beauty of THE BARBI SYSTEM is that, if you win you reduce your bet off that winning location for a very specific # of missed spins.  But if you lose you start putting back bets on the groups of #s you may have been off.  This replacing of bets while losing increases the probability of your winning as your placing more money on the table.  Obviously, the more money at risk the more we want the odds in our favor.  Our system does just that !

THE BARBI SYSTEM WINS FOR FOUR SIGNIFICANT REASONS:                                    

1. There is a delicate balance of all bets that brings you close to the house edge.
2. We are betting on small groups of #s, not individual #s. It’s easier to predict when a group of 3 #s is coming out then when a single # is coming out.   Using larger groups of #’s leaves you too exposed. It probably took us 3 years just to figure this out.  All of this was really determined by high speed Computer.

3. We are using a VERY UNIQUE (INSIDE) MONEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM regressing our bet when a specific group hits. Thereby lowering your losses when you lose and yet at the same time increasing your win when you win. Your % of return is very high as compared to your bet (investment). You are usually playing at XX to XX+% return while covering a little more than ½ of the table. This makes losses easy to recover from.

4. On a new table wh en you are covering all (XX #s or XX%) or most all (XX to XX #’s or XX% to XX%) and the odds are well in your favor, you can take advantage and increase a multiple or double your bets. Only do this on occasion and ONLY when and if you are on a very good table.

WITH THE BARBI SINGLE STREET SYSTEM, WE SET A REALISTIC GOAL, HIT IT AND WALK.                                                         

One of the things you have to do is get a feel for a System’s Spring Value. The SPRING VALUE is a System’s ability to recover from losses.   A GOOD SPRING VALUE IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE IN ANY GOOD SYSTEM.   Sounds easy, "FUGGEDABOUTIT" !   It's tough. Nevertheless, this one comes close to perfect. This system has a 5.26% indicator, which is as close to the house advantage as you can get.    As we said before, with any system you need to know your total betting strategy and each system’s own idiosyncrasies. This system has a GREAT SPRING VALUE. You will still be on this table 1 or 2 hours later and everyone else has been wiped out or have dug into their pockets a few times, but not you. In most cases you will do great, but remember as with any system you can take a beating, you could have a bad day.  But keep the faith.  This is a very rewarding system. IF YOU’VE HAD A GREAT RUN AND YOU FEEL YOU ARE DUE FOR A LOSS, YOU DON’T HAVE TO KEEP BETTING THE FULL BARBI SYSTEM. You can regress, or play the House minimum and / or bet on the expected House #s. What the heck, they are due and might just come in.   Couldn’t hurt.   With THE BARBI SYSTEM the COMP TIME alone will be worth it and should get your entire weekend paid in full, even if you win, or lose. The casinos call it R.F.& B (room, food and beverages) or COMPING. All you pay for is tax, tips, and telephone and maybe your movies charged on your television – that’s it. The rest the Casino picks up, or they give you points towards buying from a catalogue of items.   

           IN MOST CASES PEOPLE RECOGNIZE THAT ROULETTE IS A RANDOM PROCESS. I KNOW BECAUSE I’VE TRIED TEACHING IT THE LAW OF AVERAGES.   THE WHEEL IS INDEPENDENT, NEUTRAL AND HAS NO CONSCIOUS MOTIVES.   EACH # HIT HAS AN EQUAL CHANCE WITH ALL OTHER #'S TO HIT AGAIN BECAUSE THE WHEEL HAS NO MEMORY OF WHAT # WAS JUST HIT. BUT SINCE, AND IF IT’S TRULY RANDOM THE LAW OF AVERAGES WILL EFFECT RESULTS IN THE  LONG RUN.                  

                              
FEW TRULY UNDERSTAND THE MATHEMATICS OF PROBABILITIES AND THE LAW OF DIMINISHING PROBABILITY.     IN ESSENCE, THE LONGER SOMETHING HAPPENS, THE LESS LIKELY IT IS TO CONTINUE.   I LIKE TO CALL IT THE "LIMITED LAW OF LIKELY EVENTS." THIS IS WHAT THE BARBI SYSTEM IS BASED ON – THE LAW OF AVERAGES AND ITS DIMINISHING PROBABILITIES.

THE LAW OF AVERAGES, AVERAGE OUT IN THE VERY LONG RUN, BUT GROUPS EVEN OUT IN THE MEDIUM AND SHORT RUNS MAKING IT MUCH EASIER TO PREDICT HITS.    THE BARBI SYSTEM IS BASED ON A MATHEMATICAL THEORETICAL PROBABILITIES.   But it does not follow an exact path, because the wheel has no memory and therefore, has no conscious awareness of what just came out therefore anything can happen including the same # hitting again and again. The mathematical probability (odds) is remote, but you cannot tell that to the wheel. But even if it’s remote, you are gaining edge that way.

THERE ARE A COUPLE OF NUANCES ONE MUST RECOGNIZE IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT ROULETTE.   WHILE THE LAWS OF AVERAGES AND PROBABILITY TENDS TO EVEN OUT THINGS IN THE LONG RUN, WAITING COULD COST US OUR ENTIRE BANKROLL IF WE BELIEVE TOO STRONGLY IN THINGS EVENING OUT IN THE SHORT RUN.   IF WE ARE BETTING ON A SLEEPER, WHICH IS A # OR GROUP OF #S OR A COLOR WHICH HASN’T SHOWN UP IN A WHILE, OR OUR SYSTEM ISN’T WORKING, THEN WE MUST BE CAREFUL NOT TO CONTINUE AND "BET THE FARM" ASSUMING IT WILL OR MUST TURN.  HOWEVER, WHILE IT IS TRUE THE LONGER YOU WAIT THE SURER IT’S COMING, YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE BANKROLL TO WAIT.   TOO OFTEN WE HAVE MADE THIS MISTAKE AND CHASED THE LAW OF PROBABILITY AND WE TELL YOU HERE AND NOW, TOO OFTEN YOU’LL PROBABLY BE WIPED OUT. IT RARELY COMES WHEN YOU EXPECT IT.                                             

THE SMART WAY TO PLAY SLEEPERS IS WITH A PRE-DETERMINED PLAN TO COMMIT JUST SO MUCH MONEY AND FOR JUST A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF SPINS AND THAT’S IT. TAKE A HINT - IT ISN’T COMING OUT UNTIL YOU STOP PLAYING IT. IT’S ALMOST AS IF IT’S WAITING FOR YOU TO STOP PLAYING IT OR WAITING UNTIL YOU RUN OUT OF MONEY. YOU’LL SWEAR IT’S DUE, YOU’LL EVEN LOOK UP AT THE SKY CAMS AND SWEAR THEY ARE CONTROLLING THE BALL TO BREAK YOU. BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT THINGS DON’T ALWAYS WORK BASED ON THE LAW OF AVERAGES OR BASED ON ODDS. SOMETIMES, OFTEN MANY TIMES, FREAKY THINGS HAPPEN SUCH AS A COLOR COMES UP 10 OR EVEN 15 TIMES IN A ROW, OR A # CAN COME UP 2, 3 OR 4 TIMES IN A ROW. OR WE COULD BE COVERING 79% OF THE TABLE AND BE COVERING 30 #S OUT OF 38, WITH A 3 WIN TO 1 LOSS PROBABILITY. WE ALL TOO OFTEN SEE OVER AND OVER AGAIN A 3 LOSS TO 1 WIN SEQUENCES OR SIMILAR EVENTS, WHICH BOGGLE THE MIND. DON’T BE THICK HEADED AND BET THE FARM. REMEMBER, IT’S CALLED GAMBLING PRECISELY FOR THIS REASON - COMMIT TO A POINT THEN LEAVE. THE SMART PLAYER LIMITS HIS/HERS LOSSES SO THEY’LL HAVE ENOUGH TO COME BACK ON A BETTER TABLE OR BETTER RUN.   YOU CAN’T RECOVER WITHOUT A SUFFICIENT BANKROLL.

YOU MUST, MUST, MUST RECOGNIZE A BAD DAY AND THEY DO COME ALL TOO OFTEN. Even though we’ve got 2/3 or ¾ of the table covered and should hit 2 or 3 to 1,  too often the opposite happens, we hit 1 to 1 or even worse 1 to 2.

Remember,  the wheel doesn’t remember what # it just hit. Moreover, whatever you do, DON’T TRY TO RECOVER FROM A BAD DAY BY DESPERATE GAMBLING OR DOUBLING UP.  IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE,  WE PROMISE.  Remember, sometimes you’re hot and can do nothing wrong and sometimes you’re not and you can do nothing right. Learn to walk early or you’ll be sorry. Don’t push your luck; walk even if you just think its time to walk.   Remember that real lucky runs only happen about 1 in 20 tries. It’s not worth the risk. Listen to the voice of vast experience. BESIDES, IT'S BETTER TO WALK AND MISS A GOOD RUN THAN STAY AND PUSH A BAD RUN. THEY USUALLY GET WORSE. PLAY IT SAFE OR YOU'LL BE SORRY.

Besides knowing when to walk when you are winning, even more importantly you must recognize when to walk when you are losing. This is, for most people, the toughest decision to make.    No one likes to walk off a table a loser. But the fact is if you don’t walk at the right time, you will be a bigger loser.   If you walk at the right time, you will have enough money to hit the next table and win back your losses. If you had stayed too long on a losing table, you will never make it up on the next table. When to walk depends on what SYSTEM and what MONEY MANAGEMENT you are using and the trend of #s on the board (table) that have been coming out.   WITH THE BARBI SYSTEM AND BECAUSE OF ITS FANTASTIC SPRING VALUE WE WALK AT A  -100% OR 3 LOSSES OUT OF THE LAST 3 OR 4 SPINS. WE REALIZE A  –100% IS HIGH BUT THE BARBI SYSTEM WAS DESIGNED TO SPRING BACK BEFORE IT GETS THERE.        

 The House CUT can never be disposed of but is drastically misunderstood by even most professionals. We said most, not all. You can never change the fact that for every bet paid out by the Casino they either have a 5.26% cut or a 7.89% cut. You can’t change that.   Besides, they are entitled to it. Nevertheless, just because the house takes $5.26 for each $100 actually won it shouldn’t concern you if you’re winning more than you are losing. THE BARBI SYSTEMS   give you this ability. That’s it, it’s simple but no one took the time to find it, or to look at it backwards.

WHEN CHARTING THE TABLE AND PLAYING THE BARBI SYSTEM, NEVER GO TO A TABLE WITH EVEN A FEW REPEAT STREETS SHOWN ON ITS CHARTING BOARD. This more than likely is a cold table. Cold means you will lose because the table’s trend is towards repeaters.  We know THIS DOES NOT FOLLOW THE LAW OF AVERAGES, OR PROBABILITY,  BUT WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SCIENTIFICALLY EXPLAIN IT,  LET US JUST SAY THAT IT SEEMS THAT A TABLE WITH A STRONG PROPENSITY TOWARDS REPEATER #S AND REPEAT STREETS SEEMS TO STAY THAT WAY. WE TRY TO FIND A REPEATER FREE TABLE.  IN FACT, WE ALWAYS CHECK OUT THE SINGLE ZERO TABLES FIRST.   THEY GIVE YOU A MARKED ADVANTAGE OVER THE DOUBLE  ZERO TABLE.
